"It was the year of 2019, truly, I believed that year I was going to die. So much was going on but GOD was faithful. LKB was in town (MN) for their leadership conference and one of my good friends spoke of the group. I attended one of the Saturday sessions and at the end we prayed collectively and I remember Sis Josephine speaking a word to me that I will never forget! It was in that moment I asked to join LKB! LKB has contributed to my growth as a leader by displaying what a leader is in the body of Christ. What I enjoy most about LKB ministry is that the LOVE FOR GOD is here and active! "When I joined LKB, my life was falling apart completely. I was leading a women’s ministry, and Sis. Josephine connected me to be around other sisters and brothers in Christ to be edified. I’ve learned so much by simply watching from behind the scenes how LKB is led and how everyone supports one another. I love the genuine love everyone shows and the wealth of knowledge that is given. "My connection with the ministry helped me with my spiritual growth while I was in college, on campus, away from my church and family. Having that weekly fellowship on LKB every Saturday night helped build my prayer life. The Ministry formed a Christian community that I could relay on. The significant role came for me with I started Women Of Excellence (WOE). My role as a leader of WOE sharpened my leadership abilities which translated to my involvement on campus in student ministry. "I was in High school about ready to go to college when a friend connected me to LKB. Having a community of people to support me in my walk was a goal I had within that season as I transitioned to college. LKB specifically Brother Steve and his wife Sis Josephine walked along side with me, they encouraged me to pray, fast, and dialogue about what was going on around me. LKB helped me exercise my faith. It was through LKB I got to understand the power of first fuit, since then 2012 till now. LKB, through classes and teachings about leadership Kingdom way, helped me greatly to stand in my calling. "I wanted a close and personal relationship with God. By connecting to LKB ministry I figured it’s a safe and inspiring platform that could enable me to accomplish my goals. LKB presented a safe space when I needed like-minded people to connect with. I like the positive nature of LKB. Like-minded people seeking God for life's obstacles and working towards their personal goals. I also like the summit that was held last summer. I also like that LKB has other groups that cater to women and their marriages. I like the sisterly support in the marriage group
