Dr. Steve Bolay
Chairman of the Board of Directors
Steve Bolay is a licensed counselor with a doctorate in industrious psychology. serves within Leaders for Kingdom Building Ministry as the Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2010. He has serve as president for the Liberian Association of Arizona and a co-host on SKTV live show on Facebook. He earned his Bachelors in Christian Studies and attained his Masters in Christian Counseling of Substance Use and Addictive Behaviors. He is currently a doctoral candidate in Industrious Psychology. He grew up in both Liberia and the Ivory Coast. He is the Assistant Pastor at his local church. He has also had the opportunity to work with various ministers of the Gospel by helping them in ministry and other work for the Kingdom of God. His love for God is evident in everything that he does. He is passionate about his community and works towards impacting change.

Sandrine Dosla
Programs Coordinator
I am currently the Women Coordinator for Women Of Excellence within Leaders for Kingdom Building. I joined LKBÂ back in 2014 and joined the team as the Women coordinator in 2015 to present. I love the Lord and the work of His kingdom. About 6 years ago the Lord called me to teach His words online . By the grace of God I have been sharing the gospel with many online. I also teach bible study on Sunday in my local place of worship and I am part of the worship team. I am also called into the prayer ministry. My passion for prayer draws me closer to God. For my educational background I am a Medical Assistant and also have a background as an Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT)

EVG. Josephine Bolay
President
is a servant of the living God, evangelist, wife, mother, sister, daughter, mentor, and leader. Growing up with a Catholic background, she began faithfully serving the Lord in 2008. Josephine was born and raised in Liberia, West Africa, and later moved to the United States, residing in Maryland before making her home in Phoenix, AZ.
Educationally, Josephine obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Towson University in Maryland. She later earned her Master’s degree in Public Health Education and Promotion from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ. She is currently a Doctorate candidate in Organizational Leadership, with an emphasis on Organizational Development.
Josephine serves her community as a business owner at Agape Trainings and Bolay Solution LLC, and as the founder of the Liberian Owned Business Network. She is also a YouTuber @Joselwordtalk, Serve as an Administrator at New Life Church AZ, an Leader in children's church at house of worship, MD, and hosanna Evangelical Church AZ, and an Evangelist at World Vision Evangelism Church, and has been the President for Leaders for Kingdom Building Ministry since 2009.
In her spare time, Josephine enjoys self-care, spending time with family, reading, writing, and studying the word of God. Her motto in life is to trust God and just do it. Her mission is to empower a generation to serve the Lord with boldness, understanding that leaders must first be servants.

Ps. Amos Wendell Fahn
Liberia Chapter Coordinator
I am Pastor Amos Wendell Fahn, ordained pastor since April 18, 2011. Married to Dr. Unity Honey Dokie Fahn, blessed with a son. Currently serving as Pastoral Assistant at Winners’ Chapel International Congo Town, Monrovia. I have and still serving in different capacities in Winners’ Chapel International, Liberia. Served as Service Associate Pastor for two years, spiritual head for several departments within the church. Served as Vice Chairman for church board still date.
Also, served as the first Coordinator, Liberia Christian Youth, now Leaders for Kingdom Building Liberia Chapter, 2010.
Professionally:
Experienced Database Administrator with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. Skilled in Budgeting, Analytical Skills, Oracle Database &, Microsoft Database Administration, Leadership, and Project Management. Strong administrative professional with over ten (10) years of experience in various aspects of personnel work, finance, accounting and ICT management.
Working currently with the World Bank through the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning as Senior Project Accountant and also IT Manager with the Project Financial Management Unit (PFMU). My unit is tasked with the responsibility of providing financial management services for of donors’ funds in Liberia.
A Father, Mentor, Marriage Counsellor etc…. more importantly, a lover of the kingdom of the God. I am currently working with drug addicted youth in Monrovia.

Kwenyounor (Kwe) Sleh
Administrative Assistant
Kwenyounor Sleh, also known as Kwe, holds a Master’s degree in Public Health with a concentration in Global Health, Patient Safety & Quality Control from George Washington University; Bachelor's degree in Public Health Sciences from Xavier University of Louisiana; and a certificate from Harvard University in Global Health - Safety and Quality Control. Kwe is also certified in Youth Mental Health First Aid from the National Council of Mental Wellbeing. Kwe has been an active human rights advocate since 2012, advocating for immigrant rights in the United States, global health equity, survivors of sexual and gender based violence, maternal health, mental health, and working with survivors of sex trafficking.
Kwe has worked with organizations such as The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) as the Director of Partnership for their GlobeMed initiative, and the Midwest Regional Leader for the United Nations (UN) Girl Up initiative, promoting gender equality. Kwe also served as the Communications Officer for the Young E'nnovative Leaders of Liberia (YELL). Kwe is currently the co-founder of The Youth Mental Health Network, promoting mental health awareness and wellness in Liberia; and is co-founder of For the Love of Mama, advocating for maternal health in Liberia.
Kwe has served with Leaders for Kingdom Building since 2012.

Karen Koukou
Board Member
Karen Koukou currently works at Strategic Education Inc as a program manager for diversity, equity, and inclusion. She is accountable for identifying, activating, managing, and implementing initiatives related to Strategic Education, Inc diversity, equity, and inclusion mission. Strategic Education, Inc is a billion dollar global higher education entity that equips adult students with relevant skills and knowledge through various learning paths which includes: Strayer University, Capella University, Jack Welch Management Institute, Hackbright Academy, DevMountain, Sophia, Torrens University Australia, etc.
In addition to her role at Strategic Education Inc, Karen is also a Philanthropist, Change Agent, Motivational Speaker and the Founder and CEO of The Power to Do Something Organization (PDS), PDS Self-Esteem IMAGE Campaign, and Setting Sisters Free ministry. PDS mission is to educate, empower, and inspire underprivileged girls, women, and orphans across the African continent and the diaspora to reach their fullest potential, beginning with Liberia. PDS Self-Esteem IMAGE Campaign is a domestic and international campaign that positively affirms the beauty and self-esteem of all African girls and women. Its goal is to challenge the incompatible Western standards of beauty that have been introduced into African culture(s). Setting Sisters Free is a non-denominational non-profit Christian ministry that seeks to help girls and women who have experienced sexual, emotional, and domestic abuse find healing and freedom in Jesus Christ.
Karen was born in West Africa, Liberia. Karen has turned her pain into power. Her life mission is to use her power to do something: to be the change that she wants to see in the world by educating, empowering, and inspiring girls, women, and orphans to reach their fullest potential. Karen is a mother to three beautiful daughters.
