Romans 8:11

11 And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you.

As a believer in Christ, you may find yourself not being on fire for the Lord and this can go on for a while if you do not re-focus and get back into the things of the Lord. Those will be Bible Studies, prayer meetings, reading the Bible, Meditating on God's word etc.

You can be dead both in your mortal body and spiritually but as a believer you have the spirit of Christ within you so therefore that spirit is able to revive you and sustain you in all things.
